Cold static racking. Fermentation in 500 litre French oak barrels and subsequent ageing in barrels for 6 months on its fine lees with weekly manual batonnage. Gentle fining with non-allergenic products. Five months of bottle ageing in the cellar before release.

"Intense, elegant and fresh Godello".
A Devesa Godello un vino limpio y brillante, de color amarillo pálido con destellos oliváceos. Afilado y muy mineral. Fino y elegante, floral y delicado con sutil crianza, notas de frutas y herbales (acerola, sauco,boj). La boca es un estallido de afilada frescura, borboteo de un manantial manando, envolvente, muy persistente de sabor mineral, sensación de tiza en boca (suelo de caliza). Una joven bodega pero que muy interesante. Tras toda una vida dedicada al trabajo y cuidado de los viñedos, en el año 2008 nace Adega O Cepado, una bodega familiar situada en Rubiá, en el oriente orensano. Integrada en la denominación de origen Valdeorras.
