Description

"Maximum expression of palomino".
Akilia Valdesacia white wine is a plot wine born from the will, effort and enthusiasm to recover old vineyards of native varieties, such as Palomino and Doña Blanca, in an environment of special oenological interest and great beauty, as is the Bierzo.
Valdesacia is an organic white with aromas of white fruit, pear, citrus, gardenia and mineral notes. On the palate, notes of rocks and earth, with hints of matches, wet stones and a crisp, mineral finish.
The vineyard is located in the foothills of the Montes Aquilianos and is totally influenced by its climatic vagaries, giving the wine a very characteristic profile.
