Mar de Especias S.L. offers its web customers several shipping options, which are carried out through courier companies. The customer will be able to select the delivery method from those available for their area. You should bear in mind that delivery times and costs will be different for each shipping method. The costs of the different shipping methods depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time, the amount of the purchase, the purchase units and the weight of the shipment.

Before confirming your order, you will be informed of the different shipping costs and delivery times that apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.

Mar de Especias is not responsible for the consequences due to a delay in shipment or loss of the package by persons not involved in the transport contract. Transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents with the carrier and difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

Conditions for domestic shipments:

Mar de Especias S.L. does not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

The customer must bear in mind that for delivery times to be met, the order must be placed before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, the cut-off time is 16:00 hrs.

Mar de Especias offers its customers 3 classes of shipments:

  • Standard Shipping, the most economical and with a transit time of 48 to 72 hrs.
  • Express with a transit time of 24 to 48 hrs.
  • In-store collection, only available for postcodes surrounding Ponferrada León. Collection will take place the day after the order is placed: HABAS CONTADAS Calle Ancha, 19, 24401 Ponferrada León.

All shipping prices indicated on the website include 21% VAT.

Conditions for international shipments:

The customer must bear in mind that for delivery times to be met, the order must be placed before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, the cut-off time is 16:00 hrs.

Mar de Especias offers its customers 2 classes of shipments:

  • Standard Shipping, the most economical and with a transit time of 5 to 7 days, depending on the country of destination.
  • Express with a transit time of 2 to 4 days, depending on the country of destination.
